老年人脑梗死与血脂、血尿酸关系探讨

目的探讨脑梗死的发病与血脂、血尿酸的关系。方法选取老年脑梗死患者91例作为脑梗死组，老年健康体检者101例作为对照组，进行血脂、血尿酸水平测定与比较。结果病例组三酰甘油（TG）、栽脂蛋白B（ApoB）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL—C）和尿酸（UA）水平明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05、P〈0．001）。两组胆固醇（TC）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL—C）和载脂蛋白A（ApoA）水平差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论老年人脑梗死与血尿酸水平和血脂成分的水平升高有关。

Relationship between aged patients with cerebral infarction and levels of serum lipids and uric acid

Objective To explore the relationship between cerebral infarction(CI) and the levels of serum lipids,and ser-um uric acid. Methods 91 cases of aged pstiems with cerebral infarction served as patient group,101 health aged populations as control group. The levels of serum uric acid and serum lipids,were measured and compared in the two groups. Results The serum levels of triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein(LDL) ,apolipaprotein B(ApoB) ,and UA were obviously higher in the cerebral infarction group than thee in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.001). There was no significant difference in the serum levels of total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipaprotein(HDL) and apolipoprotein A(ApoA) between cerebral infarction group and control group (P>0.05). Conclusion The results suggest that the higher levels of TG,LDL-C,ApoB and UA are related to CI.
