睡眠护理干预对脑卒中住院患者睡眠及生活质量的影响

目的：探讨睡眠护理干预对脑卒中住院患者睡眠质量及生活质量的影响。方法将90例脑卒中住院患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各45例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上给予睡眠护理干预，比较两组患者干预前后的睡眠和生活质量。结果观察组予睡眠护理干预后患者入睡时间短于对照组，睡眠时间长于对照组，觉醒次数少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。观察组患者予睡眠护理干预后的角色功能、社会功能和躯体功能等方面的生活质量均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论睡眠护理干预有利于提高脑卒中住院患者的睡眠质量，改善其生活质量。

Effect of Sleep-nursing Intervention on Sleep Quality and Life Quality in Hospitalized Patients with Stroke

Objective To investigate the effect of sleep‐nursing intervention on the sleep quality and life quality in hospitalized patients with stroke .Methods 90 patients with stroke who were hospitalized were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group ,and each group consisted of 45 cases .The control group received the routine nursing ,while the observation group was given the sleep‐nursing intervention as well as the routine nursing .The data of sleep quality and life quality collected before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups .Results There were shorter sleep latency and time and lower awakening frequencies after the treatment in the observation group than in the control group ,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05) .The life quality including role function ,social function and physical function was significantly better in the observation group than in the control group (P< 0.05) .Conclusion The sleep nursing intervention can improve the sleep quality and life quality of hospitalized patients with stroke effectively .
