FBXL20在喉癌组织中的表达及意义

目的：检测喉癌组织中 FBXL20的表达,并探讨其与喉癌发生、发展的关系以及临床应用的潜在价值。方法用免疫组化 SP 法,检测30例喉癌组织和其对应的正常组织中 FBXL20的表达情况。结果FBXL20表达于正常组织和肿瘤组织的胞浆中,相对于肿瘤组织,FBXL20在正常组织中表达较高(P =0.010)；其表达在有无侵犯淋巴结中,差异有统计学意义(P =0.042)；其表达在正常组织与低分化肿瘤中,差异有统计学意义(P =0.018)。结论FBXL20在喉癌的发生中可能发挥着一定作用,并且可能是喉癌发生过程中的抑制因子。

The Expression and Significance of FBXL20 in Laryngeal Carcinoma Tissues

Objective To detect the expression of FBXL20 in laryngeal carcinoma tissues,analyze the correlation of the expression level of FBXL20 with the occurrence and development of laryngeal carcinoma and its potential value of clinical application.Methods The immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression levels of FBXL20 in the caner tissues and the adjacent normal tissues of 30 patients with laryngeal carcinoma respectively.Results The positive protein expression of FBXL20 was observed in the cell nucleus of both cancer tissues and normal tissues,but the expression levels of FBXL20 in normal tissues were significantly higher than in cancer tissues (P =0.010).The expression of FBXL20 was correlated with the lymph node metastasis (P =0.042)and the poorly differentiated tumors (P = 0.018 ).Conclusion FBXL20 may play a certain role in the occurrence of laryngeal cancer,and it may be a inhibitory factor in the occurrence of laryngeal cancer.
