紫杉醇白蛋白联合顺铂对卵巢癌患者的治疗效果及相关护理措施分析

目的：探讨紫杉醇白蛋白联合顺铂对卵巢癌患者的治疗效果及相关护理措施的分析。方法选择2014年11月至2016年3月在四川大学华西医院腹部肿瘤科接受治疗的卵巢癌患者共84例，以随机数字表法随机分为试验组(n=42)与对照组(n=42)。对照组予以传统紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗，试验组予以紫杉醇白蛋白联合顺铂治疗，两组均给予护理措施。对比两组疗效情况、癌症转移率和生存率以及不良反应情况。结果试验组总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。试验组各项不良反应症状发生率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。试验组癌症转移率低于对照组，但1年生存率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论紫杉醇白蛋白联合顺铂治疗卵巢癌，效果较为明显，辅以完善的护理措施，将更加有利于患者的积极预后。

The Treatment Effect and Relevant Nursing Measures of Paclitaxel Albumin Combined with Cisplatin in the Treatment of Ovarian Cancer

Objective To study the treatment effect and relevant nursing measures of paclitaxel albumin combined with cisplatin in the treatment of ovarian cancer.Methods 84 ovarian cancer patients treated from November 2014 to March 201 6 in West China Hospital were selected as research objects and divided into the experiment group (42 cases)and the control group (42 cases)in accordance with the random number table.The control group was given the traditional therapy with paclitaxel combined with cisplatin,while the experiment group was treated with taxol albumin combined with cisplatin. Meanwhile, both groups were given the nursing intervention.Then,the two groups were compared in the cancer metastasis,survival rate and adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate of the experiment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05).The incidences of all the adverse reactions were significantly lower in the experiment group than in the control group (P <0.05).The rate of cancer metastasis in the experiment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05),but the 1-year survival rate was significantly higher in the experiment group than in the control group (P < 0.05 ).Conclusion The treatment effect of paclitaxel albumin combined with cisplatin is obvious in the treatment of ovarian cancer,and it will be more conducive to patients′ positive prognosis with the perfect nursing measures.
