摘    要:目的:研究超声法提取怀菊中总黄酮的优化工艺。方法利用响应面法,分析怀菊和乙醇的料液比、乙醇浓度、提取温度、提取时间和提取次数对怀菊提取物中总黄酮含量的影响,得出最佳参数组合并建立多元回归模型。结果最佳提取工艺为:怀菊与乙醇的料液比1∶14、乙醇浓度65%、置于55℃下的恒温超声仪中提取3次。结论响应面法可以用于怀菊总黄酮提取条件的优化。

The Application of the Response Surface Method in the Ultrasonic Extraction of Total Flavonoids from Huai Flos Chrysanthemum

Abstract:Objective To study the optimization of the process in the ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids from Huai Flos Chrysanthemum.Methods The response surface method was adopted to analyze the effect of the Chrysanthemum-ethanol ratio,ethanol concentration,extraction temperature,extraction time and extraction times on the content of total flavonoids in chrysanthemum extraction.The obtained optimal parameter combination was used to establish the multiple regression model. Results The optimal extraction process was as follows:Chrysanthemum-ethanol ratio at 1:14,ethanol concentration at 65%,extraction temperature at 55℃ and exaction for 3 times.Conclusion The response surface method can be used to optimize the extraction conditions of total flavonoids from Huai Flos Chrysanthemum.
