青少年抑郁、生活事件与情绪调节的关系?

目的：探讨青少年抑郁、生活事件与情绪调节三者的关系。方法应用贝克抑郁量表、情绪调节问卷、青少年自评生活事件量表对383名大学生进行测量。结果1)贝克抑郁量表分数与青少年自评生活事件量表总分及6个维度呈正相关(r=0.22~0.42,P <0.01)；贝克抑郁量表分数与情绪调节问卷的认知重评维度呈负相关(r=-0.27,P <0.01),与情绪调节问卷的表达抑制维度相关,但差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)；2)无抑郁组、轻度抑郁组、中重度抑郁组在认知重评、生活事件及生活事件6个因子上,差异具有统计学意义；在表达抑制维度方面,差异无统计学意义；3)AMOS 模型表明情绪调节的认知重评对抑郁既有直接作用,也是调节生活事件与抑郁的因素。结论认知重评策略对生活事件与抑郁具有调节作用,应重视其在减轻抑郁中的作用。

A Study on the Relationship Among the Depression,Life Events and Emotion Regulation of Adolescents

Objective To explore the relationship among the depression,life events and emotion regulation of adolescents.Methods Beck Depression Inventory-II (BDI-II),Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ)and Adolescent Self-rating Life Events Checklist (ASLEC)were adopted to conduct the questionnaires among 383 college students.Results Firstly,The scores of BDI-II were positively correlated with the total scores of ASLEC and the scores of the six sub-factors respectively (r=0.22~0.42,P <0.01).Meanwhile,the scores of BDI-II were negatively correlated with the score of cognitive reappraisal in ERQ (r = - 0.27,P < 0.01 ),but they were not significantly correlated with the score of the expressive suppression ERQ (P > 0.05 ).Secondly,there were significant differences among the non-depression group, the mild depression group, the moderate and severe depression group in the scores of cognitive reappraisal,ASLEC and the six sub-factors respectively, but no significant differences in the score of expressive suppression.Thirdly,The AMOS model showed that the cognitive reappraisal had a direct influence on depression and it was a factor of regulating the relationship between life events and depression.Conclusion The cognitive reappraisal has an effect of regulating the relationship between life events and depression.Therefore,more attention should be paid to its effect of alleviating depression.
