芦荟中芦荟苷提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的:对芦荟中的芦荟苷提取工艺进行研究。方法:对乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间、提取次数、pH值分别进行了单因素试验和L9(34)正交试验,并对提取过程中影响提取率的因素进行了系统分析。结果:确定提取最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度50%、料液比1:15、提取时间60min、提取2次、最佳pH值为5。结论:最佳回流提取工艺具有提取率高、纯度高等优点。

Abstract:Objective:The extraction technology of Aloin from Aloe was studied in this paper. Methods:The single factor tests and orthogonal experimental design metods L9 (3^4)were applied to analyse the influence of each factor in ethanol consentration,solid-liquid ratio, extraction time, extraction times and optimum PH.Results:The best extraction condition of reflux extraction:50% ethanol as solvent,ratio of material to liquid 1:!5 (mL/g);extract 2 times with 60min each time;the best pHS. Conclution:The results show the best reflux extraction technology is efficient,simple and rapid.
