| 摘 要： | 目的:对芦荟中的芦荟苷提取工艺进行研究。方法:对乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间、提取次数、pH值分别进行了单因素试验和L9(34)正交试验,并对提取过程中影响提取率的因素进行了系统分析。结果:确定提取最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度50%、料液比1:15、提取时间60min、提取2次、最佳pH值为5。结论:最佳回流提取工艺具有提取率高、纯度高等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective：The extraction technology of Aloin from Aloe was studied in this paper. Methods：The single factor tests and orthogonal experimental design metods L9 （3^4）were applied to analyse the influence of each factor in ethanol consentration,solid-liquid ratio, extraction time, extraction times and optimum PH.Results：The best extraction condition of reflux extraction：50% ethanol as solvent,ratio of material to liquid 1：!5 （mL/g）;extract 2 times with 60min each time;the best pHS. Conclution：The results show the best reflux extraction technology is efficient,simple and rapid. |
