大鼠脑缺血再灌注后FADD、FAP—1的表达

摘    要:目的 探讨脑缺血再灌注后FADD、FAP-1表达的时间及表达部位。方法 用线栓法制作大鼠大脑中动脉缺血再灌注模型,用免疫组化法检测FADD、FAP-1的表达。结果 脑缺血前无FADD、FAP-1的表达,缺血再灌注后即有阳性染色,缺血再灌注12h表达最多,缺血再灌注24h阳性表达最少。海马区与皮层FADD、FAP-1的表达明显多于纹状体区。结论 大鼠脑缺血再灌注引起了FADD、FAP-1的表达,FADD、FAP-1的表达可能与凋亡有关。

Abstract:Objective To study the expression of FADD and FAP 1 after cerebral ischemia/reperfusion. Methods Rat cerebral ischemia/reperfusion model was established with suture method.The expression of FADD and FAP 1 was observed with immunohistochemistry. Results Expression of FADD and FAP 1 was not found before cerebral ischemia/reperfusion,but increased significantly( P <0 01) after cerebral ischemia/reperfusion. The expression arrived at highest point at ischemia/reperfusion 12 hours.The expression of FADD and FAP 1 in hippocampus and cortex was observed more than in corpus striatum. Conclusion Rat cerebral ischemia/reperfusion induces the expression of FADD and FAP 1,and their expression may influence neuronal apoptosis.
