肌钙蛋白T在急性冠脉综合征危险性分层中的作用

目的:探讨心肌酶正常、cTnT升高的急性冠脉综合征患者临床、CPR水平和冠状动脉造影的特点.方法:所有62例心肌酶正常的急性冠脉综合征患者均取血测定cTnT、CRP,49例行冠状动脉造影者评价冠脉病变程度及血栓形成情况.结果:15例患者cTnT阳性、余47例阴性;与cTnT阴性组相比,cTnT阳性组CRP水平更高(P＜0.05)、严重冠脉病变、左主干病变及血栓性病变更多见(P＜0.05),2例心脏事件均发生在cTnT阳性组.结论:对于心肌酶正常而cTnT升高的急性冠脉综合征患者应予更积极的治疗干预.

Prognostic Value of Troponin T in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrom

Objective:To identify the clinical features,the level of C-reactive protein (CRP) and angiographic findings in patients with acute coronary syndrom and normal serum levels of creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase-MB(CK-MB) and elevated serum tioponin T (cTnT) .Methods:Serum samples were obtaind for cTnT and CRP in all consecutive patients(n=62) with unstable angina,of them forty-nine patients underwent coronary angiography were assessed in the degree of stenosis of each vessel involved and the thrombus.Rusults:Serum cTnT was positive in 15 patients,negative in the other 47 patients.The obvious diseased vessels,left main coronary artery,visible thrombus and higher CRP level were more frequent in patients with a positive versus a negative cTnT test.Conclusions:The patients with positive cTnT test but non-elevated CK-MB values will benefit from early aggressive medical therapies.
