中药生物鉴定法的内涵与教学模式

摘    要:生物鉴定是基于临床疗效特征的中药质量评价新方法,是利用中药或其所含的药效组分对生物体的作用强度以及用生命信息物质特异性遗传标记特征和基因表达差异等来鉴定中药。在教学中,要强调中药疗效与质量的对应性、传承的延续性、药效组分与药品的同一性、药品与药材的不同性等基本理论和基本概念,采用“导入举证-剖析比较-归纳演绎”的教学模式。

Abstract:Bioassay is a new method based on the clinical effect identifying Chinese material medica by using the effective strength of Chinese material medica or active components alignment to organism, genetic determinant of information material and difference of gene expression. Some basic theories and basic concepts should be emphasized in teaching, including the correspondence of clinical effect to quality, continuity of inheritance, identity of active components alignment and medicine, difference of Chinese material medica and Chinese crude drugs. The teaching model of importing testification-analyzing comparison-inducing deduction is applied generally in bioassay method.
