两种中药复方的药效动力学与测试成分药代动力学拟合--兼论中药药代动力学研究方法

在中药药代动力学研究中适时地引入药效动力学指标进行观察，将有助于提高对以有限的可测成分来反映受试中药体内动力学过程的表征性。但是如何进行药效动力学实验、如何选取测试指标、中药的药效动力学有何特点等，都是我们在进行中药药代动力学研究时所要考虑的问题。本文在已有研究的基础上，对比国外文献，对此问题进行了讨论。结果表明，在进行药效动力学实验时，应选择末端指标为主，从而能够从整体上反映和把握体内药效动态过程。

Assessment of Pharmacodynamics of Compound Preparations Made of Two Chinese Medicinal Herbes and Pharmacokinetics of Their Tested Components--and a Discussion on Study Method of Pharmacokinetics of Traditional Chinese Medicine

In the research of pharmacokinetics of traditional Chinese medicine it is helpful, if pharmacodynamic indexes are timely introduced into observation, to improving the characterization of the dynamic process in vivo of the tested drugs even though the characterization represents limited components that can be tested from the drugs. Nevertheless, such problems as how to conduct the experiment of pharmacodynamics, how to choose testing indexes and what is the characteristics of pharmacodynamics of traditional Chinese medicine should be taken into consideration in the research. Based on the researches already done and in comparison with literatures abroad this article discusses these problems as mentioned above and holds that in the experiment of pharmacodynamics end indexes should be taken as the main choice so as to be able to reflect and grasp the dynamic process of curative effects in vivo as a whole.
