| 摘 要： | 目的 通过自身对照方法观察尼可地尔对稳定性心绞痛患者的心率变异性及心功能的影响。方法 49例经冠脉造影证实的稳定性心绞痛患者服用尼可地尔治疗12周,采用超声心动图、动态心电图对患者心功能、心肌缺血及心率变异性等指标进行对比。结果 服用尼可地尔治疗12周后心脏指数(CI)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室长轴缩短率(FS)、左室舒张末容积指数(EDVI)快速充盈期和心房收缩期二尖瓣血流速度比值(E/A)、24h R-R间期标准差(SDNN)、24h R-R间期差值均方根(rMSSD)明显优于服药前(P<0.05),而平均心率等指标无明显改变。结论 钾通道开放剂尼可地尔对冠心病稳定性心绞痛的心功能、HRV及心肌缺血具有有益的影响。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of nicorandil on cardiac function and heart rate variability (HRV) in patients with stable angina pectoris. Methods 49 cases with stable angina pectoris received nicorandil for 12 weeks. Cardiac function and HRV were evaluated by the use of echocardiography and 24h-holter before and after nicorandil administration. Results The cardiac function (CI, EF, E/A, EDVI and FS) and HRV (SDNN, rMSSD ) were significantly increased after 12-weeks administrstion(P<0. 05) . Conclusions Nicorandil is benefit for patients with stable angina pectoris. |
