| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经内镜大球囊扩张治疗贲门失弛缓症的疗效和安全性。方法经内镜直视下应用专用球囊扩张器对25例贲门失弛缓症患者进行扩张治疗。结果25例中23例扩张1次，2例因复发进行第2次扩张，术后随访12～36月，吞咽困难缓解率100％；5例出现反流性食管炎。结论经内镜应用大球囊扩张治疗贲门失弛缓症是安全而有效的方法，可以替代外科手术治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of endoscopic direct optical large diameter balloon dilation for Achalasia of cardia. Methods Twenty five cases with achalasia of cardia were treated by large diameter balloon dilation under endoscopy. Results The successful dilation was achieved at one go in 23 patients and twice in other 2 patients because recurrent stenosis. Follow-up of 12 to 36 months showed that the remission rate of dysphagia was 100% and the reflux esophagitis occurred in 5 cases. Conclusions Endoscopic direct optical large diameter balloon dilation for patients with achalasia is an effective and safe method. It is considered to be an alternative to surgical procedures. |
