| 摘 要： | 目的：了解孕妇风疹病毒感染情况。方法：应用ELISA间接法检测120例孕妇血清中风疹病毒抗体IgM(RV-IgM)。结果：120例中，RV－IgM阳性15例，阳性率为12．5％；RV－IgM阳性检出率在＜25a,25-30a和＞30a年龄组分别为13．11％、12．20％、11．11％。多次妊娠者RV－IgM阳性检出率明显高于初次妊娠者（P＜0．05）。结论孕妇风疹病毒感染与孕次有一定的关系，与孕龄无关。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the state of Rubella virus (R V) infecti on in pregnant women of different gestational periods. Methods: Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect RV-IgM specific antibody in sera of 120 pregnant women. Results: The positive rate of RV-IgM of the 120 pregna nt women was 12.5％(15/120) ; In three age groups (<25, 25～30 and>30 years old ) the positive rates were 13.11％, 12.20％ and 11.11％ respectively; The attack rate of RV in para 3, para 2 women was obvious higher than that in para 1 women (P<0.05). Conclusion: Th ere was some relationship between Rubella virus infection in pregnant women and parity . |
