| 摘 要： | 目的:探索一种快速、微创且能大批量制作弥漫型兔VX2肺癌模型的方法,为展开具有肺靶向抗肺癌药物及其制剂的研究奠定基础.方法:采用微创胸腔穿刺接种肿瘤的方法,将兔VX2肿瘤组织块移植于兔的右肺.采用螺旋CT技术检测VX2肿瘤在兔肺部的生长情况,并结合大体解剖及组织病理学检查评价模型的成功率以及观察肿瘤生长、转移等生物学行...
