| Abstract: | Dendritic cell(DC)-based vaccine is a promising biological therapy.Currently,a great number of clinical studies of DC-based vaccine have been conducted in melanoma,malignant lymphoma,liver cancer and other malignancies in which some results are encouraging.In addition,some preliminary clinical studies of DC-based vaccine have been carried out in patients with chronic HBV and HIV infection and also shown a certain therapeutic effect.This review focuses on the research progress of DC-based vaccine in the treatment of liver cancer and chronic hepatitis B. |
