| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨儿童幕下肿瘤的诊治经验,以利于早期诊断、合理治疗、改善预后.方法:对2003年7月-2009年12月间我科收治的儿童幕下肿瘤91例进行回顾性分析.结果:病理类型前3位依次是:髓母细胞瘤33例(36.3%),星形细胞瘤28例(30.8%),室管膜瘤21例(23.1%).主要临床表现为呕吐、头痛、共济失调,其中首...
