宫腔镜治疗宫腔良性病变41例临床分析

目的 探讨宫腔镜手术与传统治疗方法在治疗宫腔良性病变时的疗效.方法 选择2004年1月～2004年12月住院行手术治疗的患者81例,其中子宫肌瘤43例,子宫内膜息肉21例,功能失调性子宫出血17例,分为宫腔镜组41例,经腹组40例.结果 宫腔镜组手术时间38.76±16.77分钟,住院天数4.85±1.42天,低于经腹手术组手术时间90.97±35.12分钟,住院时间7.98±1.87(P＜0.05),宫腔镜组术中出血量23.56±23.43mL,低于经腹手术组出血量77.26±59.67mL(P＜0.01);宫腔镜组术后病率、腹痛、排气时间均短于经腹手术组.结论 宫腔镜手术是治疗子宫良性病变的一种安全、有效、可靠的微创方法.

A clinical analysis of 41 patients with intrauterine benign lesions treated with hysteroscope

Objective To evaluate and compare therapeutic effect of hysteroscopic operation or conventional surgery for patients with intrauterine benign lesions.Methods 81 patients treated in department of gynecology in our hospital from January 2004 to December 2004(43 patients with submucosal hysteromyomas,21 patients with uterine polyps,17 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding)were divided into 2 groups:hysteroscopic transcervical resection group(n=41)and abdominal hysterectomy group(n=40).Results The mean operation time and length of hospital stay in the hysteroscopic treatment group were shorter than those in the abdominal hysterectomy group(both P<0.05).The bleeding amount in the hysteroscopic treatment group was less than that in the abdominal hysterectomy group(P<0.01).The postoperative morbidity,abdominal pain rate in the hysteroscopic treatment group were lower than those in the abdominal hysterectomy group and the time of bowel functional recovery was shorter.Conclusion The hysteroscopic treatment for intrauterine benign lesions is an effective,safe,reliable and less-invasive method.
