尿毒症肺21例诊治分析

目的 :探讨引起尿毒症肺的因素及防治措施。方法 :回顾性分析 2 1例尿毒症肺的临床资料。结果 :2 1例患者中 ,咳嗽、咯痰 1 6例 ,占 78% ,肺紊理增粗 1 4例 ,占 66% ,呼吸困难 1 0例 ,占 45 % ,实验室检查血 BUN为 44.5 4± 6.1 mmol/L ,Cr为 845± 367.3μmol/L。结论 :尿毒症肺临床表现无特异性 ,仅有轻度咳嗽、咯痰和呼吸困难 ,但肾功能衰竭较为严重 ,其病预后较差 ,治疗的关键在于积极治疗原发病、充分透析、改善肾功能

Analysis of diagnosis and treatment of uremic lung (an analysis of 21 cases)

Objective:To study the factors of the uremic lung and its measures of prevention and treatment.Methods:Retrospective analysis of the clinical manifestation in 21 cases of uremic lung.Results:In 21 cases of uremic lung,cough,cough up phlegm were 16 cases (78%);pulmonary vein strengthen were 14 cases(66%);breathe with difficulty were 10 cases (45%);serum BUN was 44.54±6.1mmol/L;serum Cr was 845±367.3μmol/L.Conclusion:Uremic lung is no specific characteristics in clinical manifestation,only has light cough,cough up phlegm,breathe with difficulty.But renal failure is more serious,the progncsis is more poor.The key of treatment is active case primary disease,full renal dialysis improving kidney function.
