BNP检测对脓毒症心肌损伤的诊断价值

目的通过比较严重脓毒症患者和充血性心力衰竭患者BNP水平探讨其对脓毒症潜在诊断价值。方法共入选58例住ICU患者,33例严重脓毒症患者和25例急性心衰患者。入选患者7天内每天常规抽血检测BNP水平。结果入选时脓毒症组平均BNP水平为568pg/ml,心衰组平均BNP为583pg/ml。BNP水平随时间呈增高趋势,两组无显著差异。结论严重脓毒症患者BNP水平显著升高。需要进一步研究探讨BNP升高水平和脓毒症相关心肌功能之间的关系。

B-type Natriuretic Peptide as a Marker for Sepsis-induced Myocardial Depression

Objective We compared patients with severe sepsis and patients with acute HF to unravel the influence of the underlying diagnosis on BNP levels. Methods Fifty-eight patients were categorized as： severe sepsis group（n=33） and acute HF group（n=25）. BNP were measured from blood samples that were drawn daily within seven days for routine analysis. Results At admission, the median BNP levels were 568 pg/ml in patients with sepsis and 583 pg/ml in patients with HF. The BNP levels increased during the ICU stay, but the differences between the groups were not significant. Conclusions In patients with severe sepsis, BNP values are highly elevated. It remains to be determined how elevations of BNP levels are linked to sepsis-associated myocardial dysfunction.
