股骨头及股骨体测量统计分析

摘    要:目的 研究股骨头与股骨体大小的关系。方法 对70块股骨的头与体的部分指数进行测量及统计学分析。结果 股骨头垂直径、矢状径及周径与股骨转子内髁长、股骨转子外髁长及股骨中部横径有相关关系。结论 可通过测量股骨转子内髁长、股骨转子外髁长及股骨中部横径来估算股骨头垂直径、矢状径及周径。

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between the size of femoral head and femoral body. Methods Femoral heads and femoral bodies in 70 femurs were measured and the measured data were statistically calculated. Results Femoral head's vertical diameter, sagittal diameter and perimeter have correlations with the length of trochanter-mediale condyle, trochanter-lateral condyle and transverse diameter of the femona at middle. Conclusion The vertical diameter, sagittal diameter and perimeter of the femora can be estimated by measuring the length of trochanter-medale condyle, trochanter-lateral condyle and transverse diameter of the femora at middle.
