p53蛋白异常表达与喉癌,下咽癌颈淋巴结转移的相关研究

应用免疫组化方法（ＬＳＡＢ法）对５７例喉癌、下咽癌标本ｐ５３蛋白染色，进行颈淋巴结转移的相关性研究，结果发现：１）ｐ５３蛋白表达与肿瘤的临床分期有良好的对应关系，即随着临床分期的升高，ｐ５３蛋白表达率升高（Ｐ＜０．００１）；２）随肿瘤分化程度的降低，ｐ５３蛋白表达率升高（Ｐ＜０．００１）；３）ｐ５３蛋白在淋巴结转移组的表达明显高于无淋巴结转移组（Ｐ＜０．００１）。提示ｐ５３蛋白基因的突变对喉癌、下咽癌的颈淋巴转移有促进作用，因此，检测ｐ５３蛋白的表达可作为临床预测喉癌、下咽癌颈淋巴结转移趋势的重要参考指标之一。

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN p53 PROTEIN EXPRESSION AND NECK LYMPH NODE METASTASIS OF LARYNGEAL AND PHARYNGEAL CARCINOMA

The LSAB immunohistochemical method was used in this study to detect the expression of p53 protein in 57 laryngeal and hypopharyngeal cancers. The result shows that: 1) p53 protein correlates well with clinical stage (p-TNM), i.e. the more advanced the clinical stage, the higer the expression of p53 protein ( P <0.001); 2) The poorer the pathologic differentiation, the higher the expression of p53 protein ( P <0.001); 3) The expression of p53 protein in the lymph node positive group is obviously higher than that of the lymph node negative group ( P <0.001). It suggests that mutated p53 gene has positive regulation function on the metastasis of laryngeal and hypopharyngeal carcinoma cell. Therefore, detection of p53 protein may have significant clinical importance in the evaluation of the tendency of neck lymphatic metastasis of laryngeal and hypopharyngeal cancers.
