| 摘 要： | 作者检测了慢性浅表性胃炎50例,萎缩性胃炎50例,胃癌20例,十二指肠球部溃疡50例,正常对照15例,胃液pH值及细菌含量变化结果表明,胃内细菌含量在一定范围内与pH值呈正相关,pH值愈高细菌数量也愈高,特别是胃癌患者大肠杆菌高于其它患者的菌量,而乳杆菌明显低于正常人,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胃液中菌量增高与胃癌之间可能会有一定关系。

| Abstract: | Relationship between pH value in gastric juice and flora was hardly reported, we examined patients with CSG (50), GAG (50), GC (20), DU (50), control (15) from 1990 to 1991. The result showed there is positiv- ely relationship between pH and the number of bacterium in stomach at a. certain degree. The higher pH is, the more the bacterium is, especially with. colon bacilli of patients with GC higher than other' s and lactobacillus lower. There is significant difference. We suggested the certain correlation exists possibly between stomach cancer and bacteria's escalation. |
