| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨回盲部插管造瘘、灌洗一期切除吻合在左半结肠癌梗阻术中的作用。方法：对31例左半结肠癌梗阻行回盲部插管造瘘、灌冼一期切除吻合资料进行回顾分析。结果：无1例发生肠瘘，2例发生切口感染，4例发生不同程度肠粘连，平均住院22d，随访24例，1年生存率79．9％，3年生存率45．8l％．5年生存率33％。结论：回盲部插管造瘘灌洗对左半结肠癌梗阻行一期切除吻合是安全有效的。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effects of tube typical enterostomy and clysis for caecum department in the left half colon cancer obstruction with one-stage excision.Methods:31 cases with left half colon cancer obstruction received tube typical enterostomy and clysis for caecum department were analyzed retrospectively. Results:Intestine fistula occurred in no case,incisional infections in 2 cases,different degree of intestine adhesion in 4 cases.The mean time of hospitalization was 22 days.24 cases was followed up.one-year survival rate was 77.8%, 3-year survival rate 41%, 5-year survival rate 29%.Conclusion:Tube typical enterostomy for caecum department in the left half colon cancer obstruction with one-stage excision is safe and effective. |
