长沙市丁丙诺啡、东莨菪碱、异丙嗪等混合滥用情况调查

目的了解长沙市丁丙诺啡、东莨菪碱、异丙嗪“1+1”混合滥用的一般情况和特征。方法采用自编《丁丙诺啡“1+1”滥用情况问卷》,问卷内容包括滥用者的一般情况、滥用方式、特征、滥用的后果以及滥用者对丁丙诺啡“1+1”的认识,对长沙市强制戒毒所的“1+1”滥用者进行调查,调查时点为2005年8月。结果共收到183例有效问卷,61.7%的滥用者滥用“1+1”前有海洛因滥用史,54.9%的滥用者报告有5种以上的躯体或精神上的不良后果,79.2%的滥用者认为“1+1”不属于毒品。结论长沙市丁丙诺啡、东莨菪碱、异丙嗪“1+1”混合滥用形势比较严重,加强相关药品的管理、有针对性地宣传教育有助于控制其蔓延。

BUPRENORPHINE PLUS SCOPOLAMINE AND PROMETHAZINE USE IN CHANGSHA, CHINA

Objective:To investigate the mixture use of buprenorphine plus scopolamine and promethazine and the fundamental information about the mixture users in Changsha,China. Methods:A self-designed questionnaire covering demographic characteristics,the mixture drug use paradigm, health related issues and the abusers' perspective about the drugs was filled in by the abusers in an involuntary detoxification center of Changsha city in Aug, 2005. Results:Totally 183 questionnaires were accomplished. From the questionnaires, 61.7 percent of the mixture users were observed to have used heroin before,and most of the them (54.9 percent) had health problems because of the mixture use;79.2 percent did not think using buprenorphine,scopolamine and promethazine without permission was illegal. Conclusion: Buprenorphine plus scopolamine and promethazine use is an emerging issue in Changsha,restrained management of addictive and narcotic drugs should be taken by associated administration.
