电化教育对高中学生的生殖健康知识和态度的影响

目的:了解电化教育对高中学生青春期生殖卫生知识和态度的影响。方法:以682名高中学生为研究对象,于进行青春期生殖健康电化教育前后,对学生进行有关青春期生殖卫生的知识和态度方面的不记名问卷调查。结果:教育后学生青春期生殖卫生的基本知识平均得分由教育前的6.22分提高到9.41分(满分15分),两者相比差异有显著性。教育后对青春期生殖卫生相关问题的正向态度率均明显高于教育前。文字教育、电化教育、医务人员是学生最希望获得青春期生殖卫生知识的途径。结论:在高中学生中开展有关青春期生殖健康的电化教育不仅可行而且有效,对增加学生青春期生殖卫生的基本知识、树立与青春期生殖卫生有关的正确态度都有积极的影响。

The evaluation on the efficiency by electric video -visual education on reproductive health knowledge and attitude among the senior high school students

Objective:To evaluate the influence of electric video-visual education on the pubertal reproductive health knowledge and attitude among senior high school students.Methods:682 senior high school students who were participated in this program,were surveyed by questionnaire anonymously before and after watching audio-visual health education material on the pubertal reproductive health knowledge and attitude.Results:After education,the students'average score of the pubertal reproductive health knowledge was significantly increased(from 6.22 to 9.41 full score 15),the significant differences existed.After the education,the rates of correct attitude about the pubertal reproductive health are significantly higher than before.Literial education,electric video-visual education,medical staff are the ways they like most.Conclusion:It is not only feasible but also effective to develop electric video-visual education on pubertal reproductive health among senior high school students.It has the positive impact on increasing the basic knowledge on the pubertal reproductive health for the students and setting up the correct attitude on the pubertal reproductive health.
