对计划生育手术人群进行艾滋病健康教育效果分析

[目的]提高计划生育手术人群对艾滋病的认识。[方法]采用问卷法对2005年6月—2006年6月来我院行计划生育手术的妇女进行艾滋病相关知识调查,并对所调查艾滋病相关知识的问题当场进行解答和进行健康教育。15d至6周后对复诊者进行第2次调查。[结果]教育前该人群对有关艾滋病知识掌握率较低,教育后明显改善。[结论]对计划生育手术人群进行艾滋病知识教育有很好的效果,可有效地提高性活跃期女性的自我防护意识。

Analysis on effect of carrying out health education about acquired immune deficiency syndrome among female undergoing birth control operation

Objective: To enhance the cognition of female undergoing birth control operation about acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS). Methods: All female came to accept birth control operation from June 2005 to June 2006 were investigated on related knowledge about ADIS by filling out questionnaires. Meanwhile, questions of these female were answered and health education was carried out for them. Then patients revisited doctor after 15 days to 6 weeks and they were investigated again. Results: The rate of grasp AIDS knowledge of the female group was lower. However, there was statistical significant difference in terms of AIDS knowledge grasp of female undergoing birth control operation before and after health education. Conclusion: To carry out education on AIDS related knowledge for female undergoing birth control operation had better effect. It can enhance the self-protection consciousness of female in sexual active phase.
