高原地区军队医院野战医疗队建设及卫勤保障探讨

和平时期,一些驻高原地区军队医院的野战医疗队和卫勤保障训练呈现递减趋势。与平原地区相比熏高原地区环境恶劣,气候特殊,在生态结构、流行病疫情等方面,也有着显著的特性。通过对相关因素的研究,探讨在高原地区防御“连锁反应”作战背景下,加强野战医疗队和提高卫勤保障能力的相应办法。提出必须坚持科技和质量建设并举,注重信息化建设,大力加强人才工程建设,注重人员心理素质的培养,采取诸多措施克服恶劣环境的影响,适当减少救治阶梯,调整救治措施,加强野战医疗队和卫勤保障的组织指挥,建立军民兼容、平战结合的社会化保障体系等。

The ratters of construction of field medical team and its medical service for the military hospital in Tibet

On peace time, the training of field medical team of some Tibetan military hospitals and its medical service become less and less. Compared to the plain area,the adverse circumstances and harsh climate make above matters very special in Tibet. The ecological system and epidemic disease also have special features. Through the research of related factors, authors investigated the methods of intensifying the ability of the field medical team and its medical service under the fighting background of "chain reactions" of defensive warfare in Tibet plateau, put forward:to develop both science-technology and quality construction, to increase information construction, to strengthen the talent-project construction, to enhance psychology performance, to overcome the affects of adverse circumstances by many means, to decrease or adjust treatment ladder properly, to strengthen the organization and command of field medical team and its medical service, to set up the social ensurement system for army with masses and peacetime with wartime ,and so on.
