| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨内皮细胞生长抑素（内抑素endostatin）对裸鼠大肠血管生成的影响及其作用机理，为endostatin的临床应用提供理论依据。方法：采用免疫组化方法检测肿瘤新生血管密度，对用药过程中瘤 体积进行测量，对endostatin抑制肿瘤的效果进行分析。结果：endostatin能够抑制裸鼠大肠癌肿瘤血管生成，减轻肿瘤的血管密度。结论：endostatin通过抑制血管形成抑制肿瘤的生长。

| Abstract: | Objecti ve:To o bserve the effect and mechanism of angiogenesis inhibitor endo-statin on colore ctal tumor bearing nude mice.Methods:Tumor cells were implanted subcutaneous-ly in the hind flank of female mice of6weeks.Animal was treated with endostati n and saline daily.Specimens were harvested to analyze the variation of tumor v olume and observe the expres-sion of CD34with immunohistochemical method.Re sults:Endostatin could inhibit the increasing of the tumor volume,repress the generation of blood vessel in carcinoma tissues and lower the density of tumor capillary.Conclusion:Endostatin can inhibit the tumor growth by restraining th e angiogenesis of tumor,and it may provide a theoretical basis for developing a new antitumor drug. |
