CO2激光血管、神经环形吻合装置的实验研究

摘    要:研制一种新的血管、神经激光环形吻合装置,使激光均匀地照射在血管或神经断端的圆周上,实验均匀、环形、同步吻合离断的血管或神经。方法 利用光路转换装置使激光束均匀、环形地照射在血管或神经断端的圆周上。以动物实验分析激光环形吻合对组织的影响。结果 CO2激光环形吻合装置对血管吻合即刻通畅率达100%,无血管瘤生成。神经吻合后功能恢复早于常规缝合。利用该装置吻合血管或神经传统吻合方式省时省力、吻合均匀,组织功能恢复快。结论 血管、神经激光环形吻合方法方便可行,对血管、神经的功能恢复具有良好作用。

Abstract:Objective To develop a new device which can make a circular, instant and unifirm CO 2 laser irradiation on blood vessels and nerves and to obtain better results of their laser anastomosis. Methods Using ray transition device to make the laser beam homogeneous irradiating on the circular surface of blood vessels and nerves. To analyze the effect and quality of circular welding of blood vessels and nerves by histopathological examination. Results This method showed to be more effective than either the traditional suture or the laser welding anastomosis. The recovery process of the cirular laser anastomosis of blood vessels and nerves is faster and the wound repair is more smooth. Conclusion The circular laser welding method of blood vessel and nerve anastomosis is more effective and may be more suitable for both experimental studies and surgical application.
