超敏C反应蛋白与急性脑出血的预后初探

目的探讨急性脑出血患者血清超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）水平与其病情轻重及预后的关系.方法 116例脑出血患者作为观察组,86例健康体检者为对照组.全部入选者均于入院次日清晨测定血清超敏C反应蛋白的含量.结果观察组血清hs-CRP水平均高于对照组（P〈0.001）,不同分型脑出血患者血清hs-CRP浓度比较,血清hs-CRP水平重型组〉中型组〉轻型组;hs-CRP浓度正常组好转率高于异常组.结论血清hs-CRP是脑出血的危险因素,其水平有助于判定急性脑出血病情及预后.

High-Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein Test and Prognosis of Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the correlation between serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） levels and the severity and prognosis of acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 116 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were selected in the observation group,and 86 healthy individuals were enrolled in the control group.The serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels were tested in all selected subjects in the next morning after admitted to hospital.Results The serum levels of hs-CRP in patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.01）.For different types of cerebral hemorrhage,The serum levels of hs-CRP in patients with sever cerebral hemorrhage were higher than moderate and mild cerebral hemorrhage.The hs-CRP levels improvement rate in the normal group was higher than abnormal group.Conclusion Serum hs-CRP is a risk factor for cerebral hemorrhage,and is closely related to the prognosis of cerebral hemorrhage.Therefore,detecting serum hs-CRP levels will help determine the condition and prognosis of cerebral hemorrhage.
