对牙种植患者实施整体护理的效果评价

目的:探讨牙种植患者实施整体护理的效果评价.方法:随机选取在本院进行牙齿种植修复治疗病人240例,半年后由病人填写满意调查问卷,并发症问卷由固定专业人员填写,复诊时对病人进行肿胀、疼痛、出血、感染等方面记录,通过对病人的整体评估,制定护理计划,对护理服务质量满意度比较和并发症发生率进行比较.结果:实验组满意度98.33%,对照组满意度79.17%,经检验χ2=11.04,P<0.005.实验组并发症发生率14.17%,对照组并发症发生率52.50%,两组比较χ2=19.84,P<0.005.结论:以病人为中心,实施整体护理,彻底改变了以往的口腔护理模式,减少并发症的发生.

Effective evaluation and analysis of holistic nursing on dental implant patients

Objective：To confer the effects of holistic nursing on dental implant patients.Methods：240 dental implant patients were selected randomly in our hospital and took the satisfaction questionaire after half a year.Complication questionaire was took by the professional staff concluding swelling,pain,bleeding,infection.Nursing care plan（NCP） was made on them.To compare the rates of satisfaction and complication.Results：The rate of satisfaction was 98.33% in experimental group and 79.17% in control group,χ^2=11.04,P〈0.005.The rate of complication was 14.17% in experimental group and 52.50% in control group,χ^2=19.84,P〈0.005.Conclusion：It is important to make the holistic nursing on dental implant patients,which changes the mode of the nursing care plan,decreases the complications,increases the satisfaction and makes the therapy in a smooth way.
