摘    要:目的:探讨降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)和胶质源性神经生长因子(GDNF)在大鼠磨牙损伤后不同时段三叉神经节中表达变化。方法:制备大鼠磨牙机械损伤的模型,对其三叉神经节中CGRP和GDNF进行免疫组化染色。结果:在正常三叉神经节中CGRP呈阳性反应,GDNF染色呈阴性;损伤后即刻组CGRP染色阳性,GDNF少许表达;3天组GDNF染色强阳性;损伤5天后CGRP染色强阳性,GDNF表达开始减弱;损伤9天后两者表达恢复到正常水平。结论:CGRP和GDNF参与并促进牙齿损伤后的痛过敏及神经再生修复。

Abstract:Aim:To discuss expression and functions of calcitonin gene-related peptide and glial cell line derived neurotrophic in trgeminal ganglia during different stages of injured teeth.Methods:Model of rat molar teeth injury was established and immunohistochemical staining of CGRP and GDNF in trgeminal ganglia was carried on.Results:In the normal groups,CGRPexpresstion was obvious,GDNF expression was not observed;in 0 hour groups,the GDNF expression was very low;in 3d groups,GDNF expression increased greatly;in 5d groups, CGRP expression was the most,but GDNF was decreased;in 9d groups both of them were as same as the normal groups.Conclusion:CGRP and GDNF may take part in the reaction and nerve restoration after teeth injury
