髓内钉内固定治疗肱骨干骨折的远期效果

目的：观察髓内钉内固定治疗肱骨干骨折的远期疗效。方法：对31例肱骨干中、下段骨折施行切开复位髓内钉内固定术，手术时年龄15～67岁，平均37．7岁。29例得到随访，平均随访7年(1年4个月～10年)。根据临床表现和X线征象评定疗效，分析其远期效果。结果：根据韩一生等肩、肘关节活动度标准，优27例、良2例，总优良率100％。结论：髓内钉内固定治疗肱骨干骨折有术式简单、损伤小、疗效好、符合生物力学要求等优点，值得推广应用。

The Long-term Results of the Fracture of the Shaft of the Humerus Treated with Intramedullary Nailing

Objective: To study the long-term results of the fracture of the shaft of the humerus treated with intramedullary nailing. Methods: Thirty-one patients with the fracture of the shaft of the humerus with intramedullary nailing were reviewed. Twenty-nine patients were follow-up. The results were evaluated based on a criteria made by the authors including clinical and radiographic parameters. The duration of follow-up ranged from 16 months to 10 years, with an average of 7 years. Results: Twenty-seven patients were evaluated as having excellent result, two good. The overall excellent or good rate was 100%. Conclusion: The treatment of the fracture of the shaft of the humerus with intramedullary nailing has the advantages of simple manipulation, less trauma and good results, and is worthy of popularization.
