护理干预在激素治疗肾病综合征患者依从性中的研究

目的：探讨护理干预对于肾病综合症患者激素治疗依从性的影响。方法：将2008年1月我科收治的80例肾病综合患者，随机分成观察组（40例）和对照组（40例），观察组采用护理干预措施，对照组采用传统的护理方法，比较二者的护理效果。结果：观察组护理效果明显好地对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈o．05）。结论：肾病综合症患者的治疗有其特殊性，需要长期使用大量激素进行维持性治疗，对其进行护理干预，可以增强患者对激素治疗的依从性，提高对护理质量的满意度，可减少并发症的发生，促进临床好转。

The nursing intervention drafts the patient in the hormone treatment nephrosis synthesis to comply the research

Obiective ： To evaluate nursing intervention for patients with-nephrotic syndrome, the impact of hormone therapy compliance. Methods：From January 2008 to January 2010 our department treated 80 patients with nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into observation group （40 cases） and control group （40 cases）,observation group care interventions in the control group u- sing traditional methods of care, more care of both effects. Results： The care obviously better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The treatment of patients with nephrotic syndrome has its own peculiarities, needs a lot of long--term use of hormones for maintenance treatment, its care and intervention, hormone therapy can increase patient compliance, im- prove the quality of care and satisfaction, reduce concurrency the incidence of disease, and promote clinical improvement.
