神经内科危重症患者压疮发生因素与预防临床研究

目的：通过对神经内科住院危重症卧床压疮发生高危患者89例采取预先评估与实施针对性护理,得出压疮预防的有效措施.方法：入院初用Braden评分表评估得出的89例难免压疮发生的高危病人.运用科学的减压措施、正确管理摩擦力和剪切力、正确管理潮湿和调节营养等方法.结果：89例高危患者压疮的发生率为零.结论：神经内科高危压疮发生患者,与压力、剪切力、潮湿、营养不良有关;早期采用有针对性的护理措施,能明显降低住院患者高危压疮的发生率.将护理工作重点从事后处理转移到事前预防,使有限的资源得到合理的分配和利用,提高预防压疮的有效性.
