头孢克肟治疗小儿细菌性腹泻88例临床疗效观察

目的：研究头孢克肟在治疗小儿细菌性腹泻中的临床疗效。方法：对2009年6月～2010年10月我院治疗的176例细菌性腹泻患儿进行了研究,随机分为两组,治疗组口服头孢克肟,对照组口服阿莫西林,7天为一个疗程,比较两组的治疗效果。结果：对照组总有效率为75．O％,治疗组总有效率为89．8％,两组比较差异明显,有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论：头孢克肟治疗小儿细菌性腹泻临床效果显著,好于常规药物阿莫西林,不良反应少,是轻至中度小儿细菌性腹泻的理想治疗药物。

Objective：To investigate the effect of cefixime in treatment ol childrens bacterial adarrnea, methods： 176 children bacterial diarrhea were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group was given orally amoxi- cillin, and the other group was given orally cefixime,compared the clinical effect. Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was 89.8 %, and the rate of control group was 75.0 %, there was statistic difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Ce- fixime was effective in treating childrens bacterial diarrhea, and better than amoxicillin, and it has few side effects. It was the best choice for childrens bacterial diarrhea.
