不同肠道准备对电子肠镜检查前效果的影响

目的：观察不同肠道准备对电子肠镜检查前效果的影响。方法：选择结肠镜检查者120例，随机分为3组各40例。分别为硫酸镁组、甘露醇组、甘露醇加西沙必利组，观察三组患者肠道清洁程度（I-IV级）、肠道准备以及结肠镜检查过程中的不良反应情况。结果：甘露醇加西沙必利组的肠道清洁率（I级＋Ⅱ级）为92．5％明显高于硫酸锾组的65．o％和B组的70．O％，并且该组的不良反应率明显低于其它两组，差异均有显著性意义（p〈O．05）。结论：甘露醇加西沙必利对结肠镜检查前的肠道准备清洁率高，不良反应少。

Different bowel preparation before colonoscopy on the electronic effect

Objective：To observe the different bowel preparation before colonoscopy on me electronic eliect,methods： l20 cases colonoscopy were randomly divided into 3 groups of 40 cases. Were magnesium sulfate group, rnannitol group, mannitol Jia Xisha will benefit groups, observed three groups of patients with intestinal cleanliness （I-IV grade） , bowel preparation and colonoscopy in the process of adverse reactions. Results： Mannitol Jia Xisha bowel cleansing will benefit the group rate （I ＋II grade level） was 92.5%higher than magnesium sulfate group 65. O% and 70. O% in group B,and the group of adverse reactions was significantly lower than the other two groups,the differences were statistically significant （p〈O. 05）. Conclusion： Mannitol Jia Xisha will benefit for precolonoscopy bowel preparation cleaning rate,fewer adverse reactions.
