| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨急性有机磷农药中毒的救治及体会。方法：选择60例急性有机磷农药中毒病人的抢救及措施等病历资料进行回顾性分析。结果：60例病人中2例病人经积极抢救治疗无效死亡，抢救成功率为96．7％。结论：急性有机磷农药中毒的抢救关键是尽快彻底有效的洗胃，快速应用抗胆碱及胆碱酯酶复活剂，预防并发症的发生，可提高抢救成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning treatment and experience. Methods： 60 pa- tients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning and measures to rescue the patient medical records were analyzed retrospec- tively. Results：60 patients, 2 patients died after active salvage therepy, the survival rate was 96.7 %. Conclusion： Acute organophos- phorus pesticide poisoning rescue key is thorough and effective as soon as gastric lavage, rapid application of anti-cholinergie agents and cholinesterase resurrection,to prevent the occurrence of complications can improve the success rate. |
