摘    要:目的:本研究对传统的整合视听持续性操作测试方法进行创新与改良,对ADHD儿童与正常儿童的持续性注意水平进行评估,并分析两组被试间的差异,从而说明ADHD患儿存在较明显的注意力缺陷.方法:被试选取ADHD儿童20名,正常儿童16名,对被试进行整合视听持续性操作测试,记录正确未反应、正确反应、漏报数、错报数及正确率5个指标,比较两组被试间的差异.结果:正确未反应指标两组间无明显差异,而其余四个指标均存在显著性差异(P〈0.05).该研究结果可以说明ADHD儿童存在显著的注意缺陷特征.

Abstract:Objective: This research innovated traditional integrated visual and auditory continuous performance, assessed continuous attention levels of normal children and ADHD children and analyzed the differences between two groups, thereby, to demonstrate that ADHD children have obvious attention defect. Methods:Choose 20 ADHD children, 16 normal children to test their visual and auditory continuous performance and record five index as fo[low:correct but no response.correct response.omission.error and accu- racy, and then compare the differences between two groups. Results:There are no correct but no response between two groups but other four index are obvious (p~0.05). It can be proved effetely that ADHD children have significant attention deficit features.
