水针配合刺血疗法治疗痤疮疗效观察

目的：探讨水针配合刺血疗法治疗痤疮疗效观察.方法：将我院门诊50例患者,年龄12-42岁.肺经风热型8例,脾胃湿热型20例,肝郁肾虚型22例.病程最短2周,最长十余年.肺经风热证丹参或柴胡注射液穴位注射曲池穴和肺俞穴,大椎穴、风门穴及隔俞穴刺血疗法.每周1-2次,十次为一疗程.脾胃湿热证丹参注射液注射曲池和足三里及上巨虚穴.大椎穴、大肠俞穴,肺俞穴刺血疗法.每周1-2次,十次为一疗程.肝郁肾虚证丹参注射液注射心俞穴、胎盘组织液注射肾俞穴.神道穴、肝俞穴、胆俞穴刺血疗法.每周1-2次,十次为一疗程.结果：50例患者,痊愈13例,显效26例,有效10例.无效1例.结论：笔者自采用水针配合刺血疗法治疗痤疮患者痛苦少,治疗时间短,方便有效,易为患者接受,值得临床研究和推广.

Water injection with the efficacy of bloodletting treatment of acne

Objective：To explore the water with bloodletting acupuncture treatment of acne patients. Methods： 50 patients in our hospital clinic, aged 12--42 years old. Lung by wind--heat type in 8 cases, 20 cases the spleen,liver kidney deficiency in 22 cases. Shortest duration of 2 weeks, up more than ten years. Salvia lung by wind--heat or Bupleurum injection point injection Quchi and Feishu,Dazhui,throttle hole and every shu bloodletting. 1-2 times a week, ten times for one course. Liver kidney deficiency syn- drome Danshen injection injection heart shu, placental tissue fluid injection Shenshu. Shinto temple,liver shu, bile shu bloodletting. 1 -- 2 times a week, ten times for one course. Results： 50 patients were cured, 13 cases, effective in 26 cases, 10 cases. 1 patient. Conclusion： I use water from the treatment of ache acupuncture with bloodletting in patients with less pain,the treatment time is short, con- venient and effective,and easy for patients to accept,is worthy of research and extension.
