房颤抗凝治疗华法令合适剂量的临床对照分析

目的：评价华法林用于心房颤动病人抗凝治疗的合适剂量和安全性。方法：95例房颤病人随机分为2组，用不同剂量华法林治疗：治疗组45例，INR2．0～2．5；对照组50例，INR：1．5～2．0。结果：治疗组与对照组比较，脑栓塞的发生率无显著性差异，脑出血、大出血、死亡事件的发生率也无显著性差异。结论：INR保持在1．5～2．0之间的低剂量华法林在房颤病人中的使用是安全有效的。

Evaluation of Ideal Dosage of Warfarin in Treatment of Anticoagulation in Patients with Atrial Fibrillation

Objective：To assess the ideal dosage and security of warfarin in treatment of anticoagulation in patients with atrial fibrillation. Methods：95 patients with atrial fibrillation were derided into two groups and treated by different doses of warfarin in order to keep INR at certain range：group I included 45 patients kept INR at 2.0--2.5 and group II included 50 patients kept INR at 1.5--2.0. Results：There was no significant difference in the incidence of hrain thromhoembolism, brain hemorrhage, fatal hemorrhage and death event between two groups. Conclusions：It is safe and effective for patients with atrial fibrillation to take low dosage warfarin with INR keeping 1.5--2.0.
