25%的硫酸镁佐治小儿喘息性支气管炎及支气管肺炎疗效观察

目的：探讨25%的硫酸镁辅佐治疗小儿喘息性支气管肺炎的临床效果,为指导临床用药提供依据.方法：将确诊为喘息性支气管炎或支气管肺炎的98例患儿随机分为2组,观察组在常规抗炎、抗病毒、平喘等治疗的基础上应用25%的硫酸镁进行辅佐治疗;对照组采用常规抗炎、抗病毒等治疗.结果：观察组的治疗效果明显好于对照组,两组之间的疗效差异显著,据有统计学意义（p〈0.05）.结论：25%的硫酸镁小儿喘息性支气管肺炎的辅佐治疗中效果明显,适合在临床实践中推广应用.

25% Magnesium Sulfate George Asthmatic Children Efficacy of Bronchial Pneumonia

Objective：To investigate the 25 % magnesium sulfate adjuvant treatment of children with asthmatic bronchial pneumonia, the clinical effect, provide the basis for the clinical treatment. Methods：Will be diagnosed with asthmatic bronchitis or bronchial pneumonia, 98 cases were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group in the conventional anti--inflammatory, antiviral, asthma and other applications on the basis of treatment 25% of magnesium sulfate for adjuvant treatment;control group with conventional anti-- inflammatory, anti-- virus treatment. Results： The treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the difference in efficacy between the two groups significantly, according to a statistically significant （p 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： 25 % of magnesium sulfate in children with asthmatic bronchial pneumonia in the obvious effect of adjuvant treatment for clinical practice in the application.
