流感2号辅助治疗支原体肺炎疗效观察

目的：探讨小儿支原体肺炎中药辅助治疗的效果.方法：对114例诊断为支原体肺炎住院病儿的临床资料进行回顾分析.并随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各57人.治疗组治疗初期即给予流感2号口服并阿奇霉素治疗.对照组单用阿奇霉素治疗.观察两组综合疗效,热退时间咳嗽消失时间,肺部罗音消失时间,X线吸收消失时间.结果：治疗组治愈43例有效率96.47% 对照组治愈34例,有效率87.7% 两组综合疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）且中药治疗组在退热止咳等各方面明显优于对照组.结论：流感2号与阿奇霉素联合治疗支原体肺炎疗效显著

Influenza 2 adjuvant treatment mycoplasma pneumonia clinical observation

Objective： To investigate the mycoplasma pneumonia TCM auxiliary therapy efficacy. Methods： To 114 cases diagnosed as mycoplasma pneumonia in hospital of sick children were retrospectively analyzed,And randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group of each 57 people. The treatment group during initial treatment that give flu 2 oral and azithromycin treatment. The control group stilamin azithromycin treatment. Observe two groups of comprehensive curative effect, hot cough disappeared time back time,lung detect tales disappear time,X--ray absorbed disappear time. Results：Treatment group cure 43 patients with efficient control 96.47% cure 34 patients, efficient explaination two groups of total curative effect is statistically significant comparative differences （P 〈 0. 05） and herbal treatment group in antifebrile cough and so on various aspects obviously better than the control group. Conclusion：Influenza 2 and azithromycin combined treatment mycoplasma pneumonia curative effect is distinct.
