摘    要:目的:探索中风患者通过电刺激健患侧肢体感觉刺激的对比,和强制性训练对患侧肢体功能的影响。方法:选择脑卒中存在偏身感觉障碍患者40例,排除意识丧失和严重的认知功能障碍者,随机分成康复组和对照组,每组20例。康复组给予强制性训练和电刺激;对照组给予一般康复训练,采用Fugl—Meyer四肢感觉评定进行比较。结果:康复组在21天治疗后,感觉功能评分、运动功能和日常生活活动功能评分均高于对照组,两组间差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:低频电刺激健患侧肢体争强制性训练能有效改善中风患者的偏身感觉障碍,促进运动功能的恢复,提高生活质量,是临床值得推广的治疗方法。

The impact of electric stimulation and coerciveness exercise to therapeutic effect for paralytic patients with hemianesthesia

Abstract:Objective: To explore the impact of electric stimulation both affected and uninjured limbs,plus coerciveness exercise to affected limbs,to the function of affected limbs of paralytic patients with hemiparesthesia. Methods:Precluding unconsciousness and severe cognitive dysfunction,40 cases apoplexy patients with hemlparesthesia were enrolled into our studies and were randomly divided into the rehabilitation groups and controls, Fugl-Meyer sensation evaluation were used to compare the therapeutic effect of rehabilitation groups treated with electric stimulation plus constraint-induced movement therapy, with the one of controls provided general rehabilitation. Results: As compared with controls post-treatment 21 days, The rehabilitation groups were significantly superior to the controls in sensory function, motor function, and Barthel index score. Conclusion: Low frequency electric stimulation both affected and uninjured limbs, plus constraint-induced exercise affected limbs, could improve hemianesthesia, restore motor function, boost life quality of paralytic patients,and deserve extention to clinical works.
