摘    要:目的:探讨神经促通技术对脑卒中早期患者神经功能缺损、肢体运动平衡功能及日常生活活动能力(ADL)的影响.方法:将103例脑卒中患者随机分为两组:康复组(药物+神经促通术)54 例,常规组(单纯药物)49 例,两组均于治疗前及治疗后45天采用神经功能缺损评分(CNS)、Fugl-meyer assessment(FMA)和改良的Barthel指数(MBI)进行评定.结果:治疗后康复组患者神经功能缺损评分、运动平衡功能的改善程度明显优于药物治疗组,差异具有显著性(P〈0.05),而ADL的改善更为明显,差异有非常显著性(P〈0.01).结论:神经促通技术可明显降低脑卒中早期患者神经功能缺损程度、促进肢体运动平衡功能和ADL能力的恢复.

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of neuro-facilitation technique on neurological deficits, motor function, balance ability and activities of daily life abilities in stroke patients of early. Methods: 103 stroke patients were allocated randomly into 2 groups:rehabilitation group(medicine with neuro-facilitation technique) 54 cases, control groupand (only medicine)49 cases, The 2 groups were evaluated with neural functional deficiency scored, simplified Fugl-meyer assessment(FMA)and Modified Barthel Index(MBI) before 45d after the treatment. Results:The neurological deficits cores were reduced, there was significant different in scores of motor function and balance ability(P〈0.05),but ADL were increased betweet two grous after therapy was significant(P〈0.01). Conclusion:Neuro-facilitation technique can obviously reduce stroke patients of early neural functional deficiency extent, promote limb mo- tor function and balance ability and recovery of ADL capacity.
