| 摘 要： | 目的观察胃癌组织中E—cadherin基因启动子异常甲基化状态。方法采用甲基化特异性聚合酶链反应（MSP）技术检测54例胃癌及其癌旁正常组织中的E—cadherin基因启动子异常甲基化状态，并分析E-cadherin基因启动子异常甲基化状态与胃癌临床病理参数的关系。结果胃癌组织中的E-cadherin基因启动子异常甲基化发生频率为48．10％（26／54），明显高于癌旁正常组织中的11．11％（6／54）。E—cadherin基因启动子异常甲基化频率与胃癌分化程度、病理类型、浸润深度以及淋巴结转移、临床分期有关（P均〈0．05）。结论胃癌组织中E-cadherin基因启动子异常甲基化频率较高，并与胃癌浸润、转移有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the aberrant methylation of E-cadherin gene promoter in gastric carcinoma. Methods Aberrant methylation of E-cadherin gene promoter was examined by methylation specific-PCR （MSP） in gastric carcinoma and normal gastric tissues （n = 54）. Results Aberrant methylation rate of E-cadherin gene promoter was 48.1% （26/54） in gastric carcinoma tissues and and 11.11% （6/54） in normal gastric tissues respectively （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were significant correlation between E-cadherin gene promoter methylation rate and pathology type, clinical staging, depth of tumour invasion and lymphatic metastasis. Conclusion Methylation of E-cadherin is a common molecular event and may be related to invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma. |
