芒硝外敷治疗肝硬化腹水的观察及护理

目的：观察芒硝外敷对肝硬化腹水患者的临床疗效及护理.方法：将肝硬化腹水患者92例随机分为治疗组46例,对照组46例.治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予芒硝外敷脐周腹部治疗及相应护理,每日2次,对照组给予常规治疗,疗程为1月,比较两组的临床疗效.结果：治疗组与对照组治疗总有效率分别为89.1%和71.7%,两组比较有显著性差异（P 〈0.05）.结论：芒硝外敷腹部配合护理对肝硬化腹水有明显的治疗疗效.

Observation and Attendance of External Application of Mirabilite on Liver Cirrhosis Patients with Ascites

Objective：To investigate the effect of external application of mirabilite on liver cirrhosis patients with ascites. Methootis：92 liver cirrhosis patients with ascites were randomly divided into two groups,one group with routine treatment（control group, n=46） ,another group with external application of mirabilite and routine treatment（experiment group,n=46）. At the end of onemonth therapy,the therapeutic effect was analyzed in these two groups Results：The total effective rate in these two groups was 88. 10% ,67. 50% ,and there was a ＇significant difference between the experiment group and the control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：The external application of mirabilite combined with attendance has a better effect on liver cirrhosis patients with ascites.
