海岛居民卫生服务需求与利用调查

目的研究海岛居民人群健康状况、慢性病现状、居民卫生服务需求与利用情况。方法采用分层随机抽样方法。结果危害海岛居民前5位的病种为慢性胃肠炎、椎间盘疾病、痛风、慢性支气管炎和咽喉扁桃体炎;失能人群较多的为渔民;病人流向的总趋势是随着医疗机构级别的提高而下降,以村卫生室为首选,距离医疗点越近,就诊几率越高;糖尿病、心血管病和肿瘤已成为威胁海岛居民健康的潜在疾病。结论快速建立全方位的农村社区卫生服务,加大推广农村新型医疗保险制度,重组海岛卫生资源,是目前规划海岛居民卫生服务的一个重要策略。

Survey of the demand and utilization of health ser

OBJECTIVE Research the situation for crowd health, chronic conditions, the demand and utilization of health services in island residents. METHOD Using stratified random sampling method. RESULT The first five types of disease that endanger island residents health are chronic enteritis, diskitis,gout, chronic bronchitis and throat tonsil disease. Illness to the crowd more fishermen.The quantity decline while patients with medical illness is the general trend in the high level institutions. Rural health clinics treat patients preferred. Attendances points from the more recent are higher attendance rate. Diabetes, cardiovascular disease and cancer are disease to endanger potential the health of island residents. CONCLUSION It is an to rapid establishment of a comprehensive rural community of health services, promotion for new medical insurance system in rural areas,restructuring island health resources ,which is important strategy to planning island residents health services.
