基于聚类分析的中药复方治疗焦虑症用药规律分析

目的:分析中药复方治疗焦虑症的用药特点。方法:收集运用中医方剂治疗焦虑症的文献,建立中药数据库,通过描述性统计和系统聚类分析,总结中药组合和配伍规律。结果:本研究最终纳入有效处方119个,药物112种,最常用的药味为甘草、茯苓、酸枣仁、白芍和柴胡,重用补虚药、安神药和清热药,用药特点为寒热并用、攻补兼施,归经多入心、肝、脾三脏。聚类分析总结了龙骨+牡蛎+黄芩等六个常用组合,分别代表镇静安神法等六种治疗思路(治法),对应临床常见的六个证型。结论:研究厘清了中药复方治疗焦虑症的用药规律和治疗思路,可为临床用药提供参考和依据。

Analysis of Chinese Medicine Compound Prescription Regularity in Treating Anxiety Based on Cluster Analysis

Objective:To analyze the characteristics of Chinese medicine compound prescription used in the treatment of anxiety.Methods:Literature on the treatment of anxiety with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)prescription was collected to establish a database of Chinese materia medica,and the regularity of Chinese materia medica combination and compatibility were summarized through descriptive statistics and systematic cluster analysis.Results:A total of 119 effective prescriptions were collected,with 112 kinds of medicine in record.The most frequently used medicine were Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma),Fuling(Poria),Suanzaoren(Ziziphi Spinosae Semen),Baishao(Paeoniae Radix Alba)and Chaihu(Bupleuri Radix).It showed a tendency in emphasizing the use of tonifying medicinal,tranquillizing medicinal and heat-clearing medicinal,featured by a combination of cold and hot medicine,a strategy of attacking and tonifying,and channel tropism of heart,liver and spleen.Cluster analysis summarized six commonly used combinations such asLonggu(Fossil Fragments)+Muli(Ostreae Concha)+Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix),which respectively represented six treatment ideas(treatment methods)such as calming and tranquilizing the mind corresponding to the six common clinical syndromes.Conclusions:This study has sorted out the Chinese medicine compound prescription regularity and treatment strategy for anxiety and thus it is of referential value for clinical practice.
